Scope of Works
Our role in the project was to provide bespoke Builders Works In Connection With (BWICW), a specialist service designed to support M&E contractors during refurbishment and upgrade works. This involved:

• Structural Modifications: Creating precise openings and structural adaptations to accommodate new M&E systems while preserving the architectural integrity of the building.
• Service Integration: Coordination with mechanical and electrical contractors to ensure smooth routing of new services through the existing structure, avoiding disruption to historical features.
• Security & Compliance: All works were carried out under strict security protocols, with staff being vetted and operations were planned meticulously to align with security requirements and Royal Household protocols.
• Precision & Discretion: Given the sensitive nature of the site, our team operated with the utmost professionalism, minimising disruption and ensuring all activities were conducted efficiently and with discretion.

Outcome
The project was delivered successfully, installing all new mechanical and electrical systems without compromising the integrity of the Royal residence.
