We provide 24/7 emergency electrical cover, responding within two hours to urgent issues like power loss or safety risks. Our team prioritises making the situation safe and resolving the problem efficiently.

Rapid Response Electrical Emergency Services

We offer emergency cover to many of our clients and some being 24/7 where we are committed to attending withing 2 hours to a ‘type 1’ emergency which might involve complete loss of power to individual dwellings or common areas suspected danger to life or any other forms of emergencies . We have a team mobilised to pick up other emergency works which are usually unforeseen and impacted by weather, personal misuse, or vandalism / damage . Our initial aim is to make safe in the first instance and then to resolve the issue and provide options and solutions to further ensure safety
