SEH Minor & Major Refurbs Contract Win

We are proud to share that Houghton & Son Ltd has secured a new 4+2 year contract with South Essex Homes for Minor and Major Refurbishments. This marks a continuation of our trusted partnership, which began nearly 5 years ago. With this new agreement, we are set to proudly collaborate with SEH for over a decade.

The works will include modernisation, general repairs, and complete refurbishments across Southend, enhancing homes and communities while maintaining our commitment to quality, sustainability and resident satisfaction.
