Proud to showcase one of our largest ‘one off’ projects which has lasted just over two years carrying out complete refurbs to 54x flats. These refurbs comprised of structural strengthening works, new metal frame internal walls with upgraded insualtion to the flats, fire proofing works, rewires, new bathrooms, new kitchens, new decorations and flooring.

Coming out of lockdown has been something we’ve all been looking forward to. Seeing friends and families, evenings and nights out for the first time in years…However, our electrical team have recently put aside their social plans to complete this electrical project over several weeks, working nights and weekends.

The building is a Day Care Centre for vulnerable adults therefore it was imperative that it stayed open during the day to provide these important services for their clients. Each night our team would arrive and handover with the staff at the centre. Works would be carried out and we would leave the building operational again ready later that morning for it’s important users.

We have recently installed this original flooring to this extension. The original floorboards were sourced and collected from Yorkshire. This has given the modern extension a twist which goes hand in hand in our opinion. To finish, we have lightly sanded the floorboards and in between the boards to take the edge off. Finally we applied 3x coats of stain.

We also carry out social housing responsive repairs and upgrades. On this project we fitted a complete new bathroom, upgraded the electrics, re-landscaped the garden after pulling down the conservatory and we also decorated the house complete. We only work to one standard so we are delighted with the finish level.

We are delighted to have this project in our portfolio. This project consisted of a complete refurb throughout to this commercial building and residential flat. The project has had updated in nearly everyway. We have completely renewed the electrics and have installed new fire alarm, CCTV systems and emergency lighting systems. It has had new boarding, insulation, plastering, plumbing, decorations, brickwork, carpentry at some point on the project.

On this project we had the task of re-building this burnt out roof. Once the site was secured and made safe we slowly took the old roof apart and stripped back. Once everything was cleared away we then began to build the roof. Our team of carpenters worked together using traditional methods and built this new roof ready for tiles to be fitted. Take a look at this stunning transformation of this full house refurb. As you can see we completely stripped the property out back to bare. We took control of all aspects on this project from start to finish. Our works concluded of, a full rewire, complete new heating system, demo works, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, carpentry works and decorations throughout. Some of our stand out work on this job included a new TV Fireplace area in the lounge with the LED mood lighting giving it a modern look. From the pictures it’s clear to see no corners were cut, you only have to look at the finish of things like the granite and bespoke joinery throughout.

Full refurbishment to this small light industrial / commercial unit, full turnkey service, from strip out, to handover. Works included a full rewire, new 3 phase Hager distribution board, emergency lighting system, commission and certification. New kitchenette and toilet upgrade. Full decorations throughout. All parties are happy with the outcome of this renovation especially the quick turnaround so the client was able to market and re-let as quick as possible.

On this project we renovated this staff room complete. We are proud of the final outcome. This project required a complete overhaul including a new spacious kitchen. The whole room is spacious throughout to handle any busy times throughout the day. We also installed new toilet facilities in this room. As you can this staff room kept the traditional style throughout this project whilst adding some contemporary style such as the large suspended ceiling. One of our favourite pieces of this project, was to build the bespoke pigeon hole storage area creating a lots of storage using not a lot of room. One of the big factors to this room working, is the large parquet flooring which had extensive work in bringing it back to life by sanding and re-varnishing.

Here we have built this stunning looking pergola area. The pergola is built out of oak using traditional style methods to construct.

Here we recently carried out a high access cleaning job. We notified and sectioned off the below working area so we had a safe working area for our 28m cherry picker. The brickwork suffered severe smoke damage from a fire and was cleaned using specialist products.

Here we had the pleasure of taking this large 3 bedroom flat back to life. When we first started this project it was fully stripped back to bare timbers and brickwork. Once we got started the first task was to make it structurally safe by installing heli-fix bars and installing new brickwork. We then began our next phase which including a rewire, insulation and plasterboarding to the brick walls and stud walls. Our next stage in the project was to install a new bathroom suite along with vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. After we then plastered and then fitted the existing skirting and architraves and then finishing of all decorations.

We have now completed refurbishing a complete new bespoke office. We stripped the old rooms back and started fresh. Almost all the refurb is bespoke made, to keep it’s historic look. We have installed new panelling throughout, new bespoke cupboards throughout, a new bookcase, install of sisal carpet, sanding and restoration to the herringbone flooring and full decorations throughout.

Check out our fully bespoke design and build Cabin project. This was a carefully planned to incorporate beautiful lake views and stunning finishes. The photos show the hand built carpentry and joinery works, bi-folding doors, open plan living area.

We have recently installed this picket fencing to the playground area to give it a smart, professional new look. There was 75m of picket fencing in total which was installed in a matter of days.

Here we transformed the use of this garden with a new decking area. We dug out the old concrete base and installed a new decking area with bespoke made planters to either side. We also panelled the shed to match with the decking.

We had the incredible task of making bespoke trees to the new nursery building. These stunning trees clearly show the top level of carpentry which was involved in this design and build carpentry project. Our highly skilled carpenters built these 3D trees using birchwood which were manufactured and sprayed with serval layers of lacquer. We have also created bespoke leaves which are used as creative coat hooks for the children. This project was a complete joy to work on and let our creative talents showcase in the beautiful new Nursery building. The end product exceeded expectations.

Here we have managed to display some of our best qualities. We had 8 weeks to completely strip out and refurbish 40 dormitory rooms over 2 floors as well as 2 flats and toilet/shower blocks.

This was a quick turnaround, labour-intensive project with a deadline which had to be completed by the end of the summer holidays. The 2 floors of dormitories had to be stripped out from top to bottom, giving us a blank canvas ready to start the process of rebuilding.

We managed to combine quality and speed to ensure this was completed on time.

This was a pleasure for us to work on as we have built a complete bespoke bridge to make a safe and easy access to the school’s cricket pitch. The bridge complements our stunning work with some lovely joinery techniques used to give it that stunning finish. The bridge only took a matter of days to complete with our great carpenters but will remain for many years to come.

Quick turnaround 2-day job. We installed the mezzanine to the client’s schedule. The mezzanine gave the client additional storage space for their increasing amount of stock. The mezzanine included a safety loading bay. Completing the works quickly ensured there was minimal disruptions to the client.

We are very proud to have completed this 2-storey extension with a stunning finish throughout.

The cottage has a completely new look and feel inside and out. The cottage has a lovely open feel as we extended the existing kitchen and also made a new utility room and storage area. This combined with adding plenty of natural light from the new Velux windows, really creates and airy light living area. Upstairs we extended the main bedroom and installed an en-suite was and a new family bathroom.

This was a really enjoyable project and both the client and us were very happy with the end results.

We are very proud to have been the main building contractors for this job which was completed from start to finish. We had the task of building 2 x brand new 1 bedroom flats. These 2 high specification, street scene style flats are set in a landscaped environment with a large tarmac car parking area. A vast amount of soil was brought in to level the garden area which is finished with a new boundary wall. The development is just off Moulsham Street, Chelmsford and is only a short walk to Chelmsford town centre. The flats are already on the market finished with a stunning finish and spec.

Complete renovation to the staff toilet block. New roof, new external guttering, panelling, lighting etc. New internal toilet system and basin. New flooring. New doors and bespoke joinery. Basically, we revamped everything. Just wish we took some before photos to show the transformation! Although we went slightly over budget both us and the client are very happy with the end result.

Over 100m of fencing installed. Maintenance free new UPVC fencing was added to enhance the appearance of the cricket ground, whilst also offering both commercial and security benefits. The outstanding finished product matched the beauty and charm of the area. To aid our team and carry out works quickly and efficiently we hired a specialist low profile gator and auger that would allow us to install the fencing as quickly as possible.

Full restoration works to the 200-year-old bell tower showing signs if its age through deterioration and exposure to the weather with severe rot. We made specialist repairs to the timber frame, new lead word and decorations to give it a new lease of life. To enable us to carry out the works we must have a steel frame for the bell tower made up and a crane to lift it from its position enabling us to carry out works. Once complete and given the clients seal of approval we re-lifted back into position.

Brand new air-con and heating system designed and installed in a high-level dance hall. We used scaffolding and full protection system so the job was carried out safely, efficiently and without any disruptions. This job involved careful planning and thanks to our team, we were in and out ahead of time and on budget.

Full refurbishment to the Newnham room to New Hall School. Working closely with the interior designer we ensure every detail was allowed for, including the bespoke brass grills, cornice, paneling, cupboards and shelving etc. Our team of carpenters carried out this project to a great standard whilst sticking to the tight deadlines of school holidays. We are really pleased with the end result and thank everyone involved for their efforts.

Quick turnaround Project – New graphics/print room – All bespoke made for the school’s requirements with new internal wall built, new windows and doors, full decoration throughout. This was a quick turnaround job and we were able to mobilise a team to carry out the conversion with less than a weeks’ notice. A great team effort helped deliver this project on time and on budget.

Woodlands was a pleasure for us to work on as we completely transformed every part of the property down to the Electrics, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Landscaping etc.

We were happy to announce completion of the New Hall School Tennis Court Changing Rooms in June this year.

This purpose-built facility is a great asset to the school and all users of the tennis courts. It boasts two large changing rooms as well as offices and meeting rooms to either side. Many items within this build are bespoke made, giving the building a real sense of uniqueness.

This restoration project provided extensive TLC to a beautiful old clock tower in Chelmsford.

From drone inspection to full restoration – we completed every aspect to ensure that the clock tower was completely restored to its former beauty.

This successful project involved a bespoke gazebo design and build project at New Hall School in Chelmsford.
The resulting structures look amazing and are a wonderful focal point for sociable lunch breaks and meet-ups during the school day.

This was a great job for us as we had the task of protecting the 3 story luxury manor house at the Godolphin Racing headquarters in Newmarket. This was no easy task with big responsibility to make sure the building couldn’t get damaged whilst work went ahead but Thankfully our protection was at very high standard and the job was completed with no issues.

We are very proud to have delivered this project on time. Our team completed these works in an unbelievable 6 day turnaround. The shop is now ready to lease again and client has barely lost any rental income.

An exciting bespoke design and build project for a school in Chelmsford with individually-built piers and arches. A great example to show how we deliver a project the only way we know how; the right way.

This project encompassed complete set of electrical works – carried out alongside the building contractors.

We worked as part of a team and ensured the client was fully updated with progress and kept fully on target for completion.

Following completion of the Cloister at New Hall School, we were asked to tender for the installation of Resin Bound to the rear of the Courtyard to the North Quad.This was a quick turnaround project over the summer holiday that we successfully completed before the new term.

For this project we designed and created a purpose built home gym in Billericay.
